They were so good that, truth be told, if presented with it I could eat one right now - thank goodness they're frozen solid :D

I quite forgot just how dangerous these were :lol:

Today I didn't use olives, instead added garlic purée, grated parmesan and oregano...Bb was in charge of the turning out/ stretching/ cutting and cooking. He made 12, varying sizes - 3 were demolished long before dinner :twisted:
Dinner was a River café recipe, a mix of their quick and slow sausage sauces, with penne...plus the bread. Very restrained, only another two gone - so far ;)
Time to get them in the freezer methinks :D
