It looks a bit too creamy for me but with more courgette and less creme fraiche would be perfect :)

Yes, I find the peel has a bit of an odd taste. :-P

It could possibly have done with a bit less CF but as it's for pouring over pasta it'll be fine. Honest. ;) :lol:

Just to add.

I made it with al dente tagliatelle and put the sauce in last to heat through. The pasta soaked up a lot of the sauce as it cooked through and it was delish.

oh that looks yum.

I quite often cube them up and stir fry them with some other things, then add in fresh cooked penne pasta and a jar of basil pesto and a healthy amount of grated cheese.
firm family favorite here.
