Wm the explains why I had trouble working it out then. :twisted: I would have thought in this day and age cow bits could be named the same in the same country.

Did a dry cooked chicken in there yesterday upon recommendation here, it was the nicest roast chicken I've ever had. But maybe next time I won't rub as much chilli over the skin. :lol: Chilli gravy anyone?

Never ever heard of bolar :shock: It's so funny what different cuts are called in different countries, you should have seen me my first Christmas in London trying to buy a piece of ham :roll: :roll: I think I should have been looking for gammon, but am still not sure :lol: I was in butcher shops saying "you see that cooked ham you are selling, well I want a bit of that uncooked" :lol:
