In all honesty I never thought of the flavour it would add, I always looked at it as just fat. I know I should worry about the calorie aspect of it, but flavour wins every time so will give it a try ... just won't eat it :D

Sorry grils, but it's a fad. You save about 120 cals removing the skin from a whole chicken, but lose so much flavour and good fats in the process that it isn't worth it.

Leave a mouthful of blueberry muffin or croissant on the plate and you have done the same job. ;) And skip the Latte....think of the cals - so much sugar and fat!!! ;) :lol:
