...This is baaaaad bread
Pizza dough setting in breadmaker:
300g strong white flour
1/2 teasp dried yeast
1 teasp salt
1 tbspn olice oil
170ml water
Remove when done. Divide into 8-16 pieces, depending on size wanted. Take each, make dent in centre, put in pieces of chopped chorizo, cover with thin slice mozzarella. Put onto baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil & oregano. Cover and let rise (30-60mins). Bake 200 for about 15-20 mins. Do not eat all at once
