Butterscotch extract/flavouring

Has anyone ever seen any of this for sale in supermarkets. I really want butterscotch extract but I suppose flavouring would do.

I don't even have to tell you what I am wanting to do with it......................................

I think Angel Delight might go lumpy when I add the vodka.

Thanks for the link Lissie. I need to keep searching.

I love Butterscotch Schnapps - a shot of it in with a glass of Baileys. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

No wonder that butterscotch extract is so expensive.

First the sauce has to be made, then the solids have to precipitated out in pure alcohol, then the alcohol has to be distilled off to leave the essential ethers and oils.

Wouldn't it be simpler to buy a bottle of butterscotch schnapps and pour it into a glass of Bailey's?

I'm sure it would WM. But it wouldn't be half as much fun!

I have bought more almond extract today and two bottles of voddie! I will be making Amaretto and Kahlua tomorrow if I have time. :D :D :D :D
