Koftas - lamb, beef, pork... or any meat.

Take 500g of meat and mix in ground oregano, cumin, and paprika* and then season with salt and pepper. Chuck in some finely chopped onion and garlic and squish.

*Other herbs and spice are available.

Wrap the meat mush around skewers over a barbie or a griddle pan and when done eat.

Great with a coleslaw or Waldorf salad. Better than boring burgers or, God forbid, cremated or uncooked chicken drumsticks. We have all had those...

Yes, another favourite.

I have gone off burgers, sausages, wings and drumsticks in favour of wraps filled with slaw, salsas, pico de gallo, salad etc..

Part fill a wrap with the salsa / slaw of your choice. Add in your chopped koftas, sate meat, sliced chicken, prawns or whatever. Dress with your favourite sauce - mayo, hollandaise, doner kebab, sweet chilli - close the wrap and go for it.
