Hairy Dieters curry

Yesterday cooked my first recipe from the Hairy Dieters book, and my goodness it was yummy
In case you missed the post, I kept hearing good things about the book (not from dieters either!) and spotted it in Tesco for £7 so bought it.
This is their adapted chicken jalfrezi, which luckily is online so you can have the link:

I cooked the recipe exactly as it is, except we only had red peppers, and bothered to count the number of chicken pieces, so I could freeze half. I cooked it up to adding the stir-fried veg, then took half out, and only did half of the stir-fry veg as they'll be better added fresh when we have the other half
Our was not quite a diet version as we had a couple of samosa and pakoras lurking in the freezer, but I did weigh amount of brown rice I'd usually cook and it was exactly what they suggest anyway
There are lots of other recipes I'm looking forward to trying too
