I love chilli but Mick hates the red kidney beans. He'll eat it without them but it isn't the same so I rarely bother.

It's in foil containers now, ready to be frozen in the morning - it 'only' took 6 hours in the end not 8 I stirred the beans in about 40 minutes from the end. Mick tried a small plateful for me - it was too late for me to eat, I can't digest food well if I eat later than about 7.30/8.00pm these days He said it was lovely
