Puds and Pies?

I saw it two nights ago and one of the pies he made, made my mouth water. Brioche dough rolled out, a layer of prosciutto Ham down, then a large round brie places on top of that, then another layer of the prosciutto to cover the brie, then the brioche dough stretched over that and then into the oven.... oh yum yum yum

http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/brie_ ... _pie_75406 found the recipe

Oh and I forgot, it's also got cranberry sauce

Oh yes it's repeats, I saw it first time round - that made me drool too :D

I did do something similarish with some h/m foccacia, added serrano and sliced up brie :)
