Oooh er missus.

Don's mate Salvi came round yesterday with some of his home made sausages for us.

I've found a BBC Good Food sticky apple, sausage & bacon recipe that I like the look of but am going to add chunks of red onion and garlic too so's they'll caramelise.

Served with mash.

Apples I like.

Sausages and bacon I like.

Mash I like.

All on one plate......... !

Sounds gorgeous, and I think apple would go very well, after all you have apple sauce with roast pork xxx
