I have inherited one. :D How the H... do you cook the thing please any help would be appreciated.

You use just the wings Pederito.
Leave on the bone, the flesh comes off easily when you eat it.
As with most fish I prefer it quite plain - season, maybe dust with flour, then pan-fry, finish with a good squeeze of lemon or splash of white wine, and chopped parsley if you have it :)

Thanks Lissie and Di. It is just a wing but too big for my biggest pan so will have to chop it. Quite fresh as it was caught yesterday evening so will try the egg and flour and fry. Maybe the fennel and parsley and of course white wine, will report result. :D
