Dress for a wedding

Just before we went on our little break last week, we got an invite to Mr Osc's nephew's wedding on 4th September. These flipping weddings are so expensive, it will mean two hotel nights, one in the venue itself which won't be cheap, so I was thinking I would probably have something in my wardrobe that would do.

However a trip to NI usually includes a visit to the M&S outlet in Banbridge, and without really looking, I found this dress....for £9!!!! Fits really well and lovely fabric, for £9 it would have been rude to leave it there ;)

Earlier in the year, I bought these wedges in navy, they actually look much nicer than the gold, and I have a little white bag. I'll keep an eye out for some earrings, don't think it really requires a necklace.

Lovely Osc :D That dress is really pretty, and I'm a big fan of wedges - a bit of height without the discomfort of high heels :D

Osc, if you did decide to go down the jewellery route, I'd probably keep it simple with pearl earrings (small drop or stud) and necklace or bracelet.

It's a stunning dress

That's a lovely dress Osc. :D

I wouldn't wear a necklace but earrings and a nice bracelet.

You'll look fab. :D :D :D

I do have "good" pearls with matching earrings and a good bracelet too, will experiment with them nearer the time. I also have a silvery grey wrap to wear in the church.
