New tops

I ran into Asda for milk the other night, went to pick up some socks for Joe while I was there and spotted this broderie anglaise top in cream - only £8 and it's really lovely on. It doesn't look so good in the picture, it's much looser on, but I love it so much that this morning I went back and got it in pink too.

Oh I like that - and nice and cool too :)
I wonder how precisely I could trust Bb with instructions to buy, not that I know how soon he'll be near an asda :?

Really pretty Jo :D

Di I dunno, not sure I would trust Mick with that job, although he does pick out nice PJ's when the dog eats mine

This post reminds me I took a slight detour yesterday via the Monsoon Sale, will see if I can find a link :D :D

I think it will look great with my white linen trousers, or my cropped jeggings :) I also have some navy cropped leggings too thinking about it 8-)

Good buys, ladies! Jo, I particularly like the pink one and you can see the pattern more clearly on it. Kaz, I love the trim on that top, it just makes it that bit nicer, doesn't it.

How odd Shell, everyone else can see it :? I tried to save it to my pics to post it in for you, but it won't let me

Thanks everyone :) I'm pleased with it, I wouldn't have paid full price but in the sale I think it's good value :D 8-)

Nice tops Jo. :D

Kaz - I used to love Monsoon when I lived in the UK.

So much so that one time I spent over £300 in one fell swoop. ;)

Craig was with me at the time (he'd have been about 8) and when we got home he promptly announced to Don: "mum spent loads of money in a shop and hardly got anything."

Don's reply?

Was the shop called Monsoon, Craig?

I bought my wedding dress in Monsoon, an ankle length raspberry silk strappy dress with beading, nearly £200 which is the most I've ever spent on just one item of clothing  Oh and a fluffy pink bolero to wear over it :D
