Rosberg's quali lap in Baku was off the circuit for four car lengths. This week in Austria nearly all of the top 16 drivers in Q1 were off the circuit at corners 6. 7 and 8, sometimes all three.
Charlie and the driver stewards need to get a grip of this and also be consistent at all tracks. Perez was very vocal about some of the drivers and so were Croft, Davidson and Brundle in commentary. Sky even did a piece on it between Q1 and Q2.
