I, and all who read them, really look forward to your weekly reports.

Me (wot loves food/pies/and the goodies you describe wot I can't get here!) :lol: shall look forward to more descriptions of food wot I can't get here. :lol:

Many thanks, all! :D Glad you enjoyed the Ostrich's ramblings, and I hope they kept you amused.

As a postscript, the Exmouth Herring Gull actually made it to The Times Editorial page today! :o :lol: It seems East Devon District Council are going to enforce a byelaw stopping you feeding these birds; £80 spot fine if guilty, and The Times thoroughly approves. What wasn't made clear was the sanction on the avian if the innocent bystander got menaced and mugged. And Exmouth was mentioned!

It was in The Express too! In my defence, it was the only paper left in the rack in the coffee shop! :P ;) :lol:

Bad devils, these gulls. There is a chip stealing ring of gulls in Whitby that need the full force of the law applying to them! It isn't a question of you feeding them, it's more like keeping a sharp eye out for one sneaking up on your blind side and making off with your haddock and chips!
