Premier League managers

Postby cromwell » 21 Oct 2022, 11:21

I see that Steven Gerrard has been sacked as the manager of Aston Villa.
How many Premier League managers is that so far this season? We aren't even in November yet!
Bournmouth, Wolves, Chelsea and now Villa.
Jesse Marsch and Hassenhutl at Southampton aren't safe either.
It's a well paid job but job security seems to be a bit of a problem!

It's the overwhelming desire for success and success now that's behind this - not even mid-table mediocrity can save some managers.
That said, I don't think Gerrard ever "clicked" with Villa fans.
