Playing from the back lets the other side's defence reset and mark. When we do it Walsh, Stanway and Toone do not move to find space, they stroll about, and the very worst is the statue, James. Walsh is supposed to be a world class player so how come lesser players mark her out of a game?
Hemp feigns runs and works her socks off, and Russo moves all over the place but they never get passed to. Mead and Kelly sometimes do the same.
And when did putting a cross into the box become illegal?
Southgate's men are just as bad. Maybe worse.
