Brazilian Grand Prix

First chance I have had to comment

What did you think?

I was pleased for Seb, especially after the start when I thought, well thats that then

The end would have been good if Di Resta hadn't thrown his car into the wall. Still that will be someone else's fault, as always

The race of the year for me, it had just about everything....... except Jenson's car breaking down on the last lap and Teflon overtaking to win both the race and the WDC. Now THAT would have caused a storm.

I do not like Teflon but I have to admit that he has been THE driver of the season.... along with Kimi. Both had slower cars, but to end up 2 and 3 in the championship shows how steady they have been.

Having said that, Seb is worthy winner, and in the last two races he has proved to be an overtaker. To come from last on the first lap, twice, and get a podium and points, even with the fastest car on the grid is no mean feat.

Great season, shame the BBC gave it all away.

Shell, did you see that Teflon and Ferrari are trying to get Seb a post-race 20 second penalty for an "illegal" overtake?

Then they wonder why outside of the Tifosi they are not best liked.

Investigated and all is well it would appear. Poor old Ferrari, if you can't win it by fair means (and have they ever) then lets resort to foul (their default setting)

I read about poor old Senna being booted out of Williams too. Why, apart from money, would you retain Mad Man Aldo instead of Bruno?

You answered your own question: Mad Man Aldo has the cash.

Bottas - another Finn - has taken over hasn't he. I like Finns driving.

Neither MMA or Senna have done the job this year in a car that had pace.

Williams, as you know, is my team and I would have liked Hulk and Bottas driving next year. Maybe 2014.

Hulk will do well in my reserve team - good pick by you and Peter. ;) ;)

The pit lane has been raving about Bottas so I have to hope he can get round the circuits in the same number of laps as the race. Senna and Mad Man don't seem to have got the hang of that part.

Not sure about Peter's 2nd choice though, some Mexican chap that meant they could retain Sergio's purse  Not usually Peter's way, but needs must in this day and age I suppose

Haven't they promoted reserve driver Guttierez(sp)? He was/is funded by that Mexican multi-billionaire as well as Sergio.

Sad isn't it, money rather than talent gets a driver a drive. Kovalinen and Kobi leave yet others keep their drives.....!
