There's many a slip....

'tween cup and lip, as my old nan used to say.

Cant help but be thrilled for Nico though. Who cares how you win, as long as you do.

After all the shouting from the commentators about Romain Grojean getting a penalty for allowing Max Verstappen to run into him, (how very dare he  ) Max ended up with a penalty for causing a collision. I like Max, and I like his enthusiasm, but they annoyed me by saying "well you get no points for 11th so he might as well just go for it, if it ends up badly he has nothing to lose" What about the bloke in 10th does he count for nothing? We don't need that mentality in F1 it left with Schumacher

Red Bull actually had team orders I agreed with. Ok, let Daniel through, but if he hasn't made up a place but the end of the race, he lets you back. Fair and reasonable, we need more of that

Couldn't agree more, Shell.

Strategy, in all its forms: tyres, aero, fuel, brakes and radio tuition of the drivers, has been the downfall of F1 in recent years. Let the drivers make their own decisions and race.

Hamilton was not "Robbed" as the BBC headline made out; he and his team got it wrong. Nico won fair and square.

You can't blame Hamilton for being a bit pee'd off though. He was on pole, led the entire race blowing everybody else off and then lost the race because his team blundered. You're not going to be happy, are you?
