So when is it illegal to go outside of the circuit?
This business of 'gaining an advantage' has to end. You go outside of the racing circuit you get penalised. Hamilton did it on lap 1, and many more times, and prevented Perez from taking the lead - that's an advantage.
Vettel - My tyres fail the MOT if they are under a few mm, the law says so. If a F1 a driver runs his tyres beyond their design mileage he is in the same league as me if I run mine below the legal limit. Tough Seb, but that is the way things are.
