I didn't look at the result until this morning
4-1 they beat Middlesbrough

I might try that every week

My lot, with Warnock in charge, can jinx themselves like Martini - anytime, anyplace, anwhere. :shock: :o :P

My team Crystal Palace did well--they beat Charlton in what they
call the London Derby 2-1 :D

LOL, there was a time three seasons ago, I believe it was, when one of the officers of one of my local clubs jokingly threatened to ban me from the ground as the team consistently lost at home whenever I turned up to watch them ..... at least, I think he was joking ... :?

It was absolutely perishing watching soccer yesterday afternoon - I jinxed Stourbridge, who unexpectedly lost 0-1 to Bedford Town in the Southern League Premier. The cold got into my bones and despite a "Radox bath", I ache all over today. Getting old, I'm afraid .... :|
