SCD Final (Spoilers if you haven't seen it)

Wow what a fantastic final, the standard was so high, in previous years any one of them could have been the winner.

Absolutely delighted Flackers won, triple 10's was incredible, and the show dance was stunning. She didn't put a foot wrong, every dance was brilliant.

Simon's Argentine tango is one of the stand out dances of the series for me, again brilliant. He's come a long way and for me yesterday was the runner up

E's favourite has always been Frankie (although he felt Caroline definitely deserved to win last night) and again she danced beautifully, but I was a bit disappointed with their show dance. We both felt if they had stayed on the floor more (less jumping about on benches) it would have been stunning, but I'm guessing Kevin was trying to come up with a novelty to compensate for the lack of lifts, not Frankie's best attribute.

Well done to Mark too, he was definitely the weakest of the four but he did sooooo well to make the final and he's come a long way.

It will take a lot to top this year, altogether a fabulous series

Absolutely loved it, every minute - I too felt the weakest was Frankie's show dance, although against any other year's finalists it probably would have won
Loved Simon's Argentine tango, it was spellbinding
In the end I didn't mind who won

We were Team Simon - the Argentine Tango was just mesmerising....

Mark was lovely too and has certainly devleoped the most over the weeks.

Happy with the winner though.

For me it was the best season for quite a few years and I would have been happy whoever won. I loved Mark, and Simon made such huge progress both as a person and a dancer, I hope he keeps it up as he says he plans to. Loved Claudia and Tess as presenters, Claudia's nuttiness was a terrific balance to Tess's inability to ad lib or carry off a joke

The cherry on the icing on this year's SCD cake was my Whattsapp chatter with Ally during each show, isn't modern technology wonderful
