Dried Yeast

Was getting some more gelatine, for that cream pie and spotted something - lurking at the back of the shelf, there, just sat there, on it's own.

So I nabbed it

Yaaaaay!!
Is it sachets, or a little tub?
Either way, keep it in the fridge

Whoops, will put it in the fridge now. A little tub.

I've also found out, yesterday ,that Lidl's now do (sometimes, if you can get your mitts on it) fresh yeast.

It'd be fine most of the time in a cupboard Ton, but it does keep longer in the fridge
