Bargain buy

Postby debih » 06 Feb 2015, 10:43

I went into Sainsburys this morning to buy a salad for my lunch and had a nosey at the clothes.

I saw a nice knee length straight skirt in a grey cord at £16 but marked half price. But they only had it in an 18 plus and id am now closer to a 16.

So then I saw a faded black denim one in a 16 at £18 but no half price sticker. I thought I'd have it any way.

£4.68 at the checkout. Bargain.

Just hoping it fits now - but if it doesn't it will do soon. :)

Wow what a bargain, and it must have felt so good rejecting the first one because it was too big :D

It fits. :D :D

It's a perfect fit around the waist and although a little tight over the posterior it doesn't feel tight, more looks slightly tight iykwim.

I'm going to wear it out tonight - if I can pick up some opaque tights from Tesco later. I have some woolly tights but I think they will make the skirt ruche up a little. It needs something smoother.

Then a long black tunic top, bright scarf and black boots.

Feel dead chuffed.
