That looks really nice it's so hard these days but if we hadenthelped our eldest he would still be in Bedsit and that was over 23years Ago Great to give them stuff kaz and buy new yourself I did the same
Property pricing in London / commuting distance to London is totally out of control. How people who don't earn millions are supposed to afford to buy is beyond me.... I know moving further out would be an option but then you end up with stupid commuting costs
Ton, it may be 'small' but I like the layout of the Julia's flat, it looks well thought out
Ton, Julia isn't too far from my cousin in Windsor - if you click on where it says view larger map you can see Arthur St up by Windsor and Eton station and that's where J lives.
He moved in today I'm so glad he is out of that rabbit hutch!
Hoping to see it on Saturday, but it depends on how far forward the front passenger seat needs to go, to accommodate the sofa we're giving him, there might be no room for me, only Mick in the driving seat
This is his old flat, they are obviously going to refurbish before the new tenants go in next month as they are advertising it as such, but OMFG (with apologies for the swearing) it is TINY (no wonder there are no photos or floor plans) and look at that rent
Seriously, the whole flat is smaller than my living room, You could pee and shower at the same time as the bathroom is so tiny, the kitchenette has a tiny oven, sink, and two cupboards, it has no double glazing and only storage heating. Daylight robbery!
