If he was a UK politician, he would have created exceptions to allow him to avoid paying tax and then used them. When challenged, he would simply say "this is legal there is nothing wrong with it". Then when others use his "personal" get out, he would decry them and demand that they stop using it and demand that they pay the taxes back.

Right? Because it's happened hasn't it!
