Houses for sale

For our homes and gardens

Nice Ton, and so cheap by our standards! Mick was looking in the paper at the weekend, at a villa in Corfu - Kassiopi - that had gone down from megabucks to about £215k  That's Greece though, with all the prices falling through the floor - you could end up living in a palace worth nothing if you ever needed to realise your assets. I think if I ever persuaded Mick to retire abroad we'd rent this place out and rent a place, just in case

Of course if you are happy to stay abroad forever that's different :) 8-) xx

Spoke to the owner earlier - the last time we saw it - and only from the outside - they'd just bought it. And another little parcel of land, which is why we didn't like it earlier, there as just the pool, no garden, as such.

So we'll be popping up to see it later in the year, if it's still on the market.

And it's got central heating
