Jeggings are absolutely not the same as leggings  ;)
Leggings are like t-shirt material but with a bit of elastane in, to make them extra-clingy.

Leggings came about when a group of male designers were sitting round getting drunk on Babycham, Maliboo and Curaçao cocktails decorated with pink umbrellas and a maraschino cherry.

The bet was to come up with a garment so bad that any women wearing it would look hideous - leggings won outright. ;)

Erm excuuuuuuse me!!! I do not look hideous in my leggings.....but I have to wear a longer than bum length top so as not to flash the dreaded camel toe....and usually wear them with boots or ballerina slippers.

Problem for me with capri pants is you need to be tall....I ain't so the one khaki pair I own (have dpne since Noah was a lad) always make me look as if I've raided my big sister's wardrobe haha!!!

I'll stick to my normal length trousers.....or my LEGGINGS!!!!
