i am appalled that today i recieved my 2nd lot of postal vote papers
got the first lot on tuesday
iv just sent a e mail to city hall i wonder if they will even bother to reply
we shall see

:shock: It is frightening! How many duplicate postal votes are out there, and who has got them?

I hope the bar codes used to register the vote are exactly the same on each set of ballot papers you have received Saundra, so that the system can, should, must, be able to pick up duplicates. If those codes are generated individually for each ballot when being printed, effectively meaning that Saundra has two votes, then every single one already sent out should be declared void and new sets issued immediately, just in case.

Why, oh why, is inefficiency so widespread nowadays?

I expect they will blame it on their computer - that's the standard response, isn't it?

It might be a good idea to tell the Daily Mail - they would make a good half-page with that. :roll:

As mentioned for fear of repeating myself, there were boxes of these found in a garage not sure whether it wasn't in Hackney, repeat ballot papers were sent to the same persons mostly in ethnic areas like the ones found in the garage..
