In my opinion Douglas Carswell is and was a Conservative plant, a Nasty piece of work if ever there was one, the abuse of Farage making him a target in a most malicious manner. I thought this from day one..the only one to get a seat in the Commons.. Disgusting apology for an MP.

When I posted about the media's feeding frenzy last week nobody had broken cover and there was only one candidate. Now it apperars that either Kassam, O'Flynn or Carswell was the culprit. It is all a matter of perception depending upon where the information is read.

I have another conspiracy therory: It is all a UKIP sting to deflect too much coverage of Farage's failure to win Thanet and the loss of Mark Reckless as an MP.

Not in my humble opinion my dear friend. Was Thanet a Conservative held seat previously Frank? And another disgrace is the fact it was Carswell who got it.

The whole manner in which Farage was rounded on by supposed loyal supporters sickened me. If he became irritable not surprising
The man was /is still suffering extreme pain following the plane crash he was in. And he does not suffer fools gladly, I was sickened by the attacks on him on Question Time and I thought out of the lot onstage he was the most genuine, and half way through the audience seemed to agree. I never thought I would vote UKIP however as an ex Con (good name for them) Farage has my support 100 percent.

I'm a big fan of Nigel Farage, Kate. I saw the BBC programme and did not feel he was aggressive or irritable. I think at that point he may have realised just how biased the audience was, and perhaps lost a little bit of patience. The HIV is a tricky point because its given free an effort to stop the spread. However, in my opinion, he was quite right to raise the subject because it opens the debate for discussion. It may be that the UK is quite right to provide this on the NHS, but because NHS resources are not infinite, it is quite right that taxpayers are given information as to how and where funds are spent. I think Carswell thought he should be top dog because he was the only MP elected. However, Nicola Surgeon burst that bubble for him, because she is the elected SNP leader, but did not stand as a MP.

I thought he was to the point, certainly not aggressive Ve on Question Time...I think the audience warmed to him , it took a bit of time, but listening to the waffle of the Labour would be leader it was no wonder. He Farage says what other parties don't want to hear. I am even more determined to give him 100 percent support as for Carswell I read him before he even got to where he is.. "A devious put up Job" nothing surprises me any more.
