Liverpool are in a bit of a spot. Sixth in the PL isn't bad, but...

They aren't in the Champion's League, so they are missing out on big money there. Because they aren't in the Champion's League it's more difficult to attract big name players.

They got a load of money for Luis Suarez, then went and spent some of it on..... Mario Ballotelli !!! Which was crazy.

Daniel Sturridge has been injured and Raheem Sterling is leaving. Interesting times ahead. If they don't buy well this summer they could end up dropping down the table again.
