I went to Steven for years, and then he kept losing his stylists, and I ended up with one I disliked, she was disrespectful (leaving me mid cut to chat with someone she knew who was having a cut in another seat??) and I just didn't gel with her....so I moved HDs up the road and found Kimberley, who was trained by one of Steven's earlier stylists, Carl, who I loved (and she is a distant relative of my exH, so I know the family ).....she moved to another HD in the village and she is now manager there and she cuts my hair just fine, and she doesn't charge for between-cut fringe trims, I pay £21 for a cut and blow dry
