However, to reiterate what I said in a different way.
This is why Blairism was desperately needed by Labour. It is what Labour stands for without Blairism in modern society.
Remember. Blair never lost an election. Even deeply unpopular by the time, he didn't lose an election. Brown, on the other hand, was more of a Foot style candidate.
He lost; I believe Blair may have just managed to swing one more term before we buried them for total, wanton and criminal incompetence in the economy.
I shall be watching what they do. Not that I expect many surprises.
