Pleased to hear she's had a little food Di.

Does she have to have the steroids with food? We grind Millies tablet up - the vet gave us a little tablet grinder - then mix it with a tiny amount of water and use a syringe to get it down her.

Scrap that, she's been out and chucked it all up - obviously steroids included.
Phoned the vet just before they closed, need to wait an hour then give her another dose of steroids, just in a tiny bit of turkey.

We haven't had time to work anything out Debih. The other pills we've been chucking down her throat then rubbing to make sure she swallows, but till now sticking the steroids in a tiny piece of meat has been fine.
Haven't got any syringes about the place...

As for the food, they said give her some more tiny bits of turkey later, if she'd eat it.
It would be a weekend.

Oh no Di. Not what we wanted to hear.

These drugs are a necessary evil unfortunately.

Fingers crossed she keeps something down later.

Oh dear, poor Minnie....Di, if there's a chemist nearby they'll probably let you have a syringe as they have them for prescribed medicine for babies.
