Crumble is my signature pud, we love it here :lol: I love cheesecake too, either of those would impress me :D :lol:

Well I discovered I hadn't bought enough ricotta :roll: So I have halved the quantities and I'm making individual cheesecakes in my silicon muffin wotsit... :?

That looks lovely Tim loves my baked cheesecake I might make him one next weekend for his birthday. He hates raspberries though
