I hate colds
I know last year I didn't have one, and seem to remember saying then I hadn't one the year before, don't know about the year before that, so I suppose it's bound to happen at least once in three years?

Think yerself lucky.... you can't get manflu. It is a terrible affliction, when we men get it everyone suffers: wives; children; friends; family; nobody escapes.

He has probably had one cold a year, sometimes two, which I've never caught, so I won't feel too guilty, since he keeps bringing me the germs
He's pretty good, doesn't much mention it - not as much as me anyway, but I hate colds
