I do not know if anyone has read the link given in the Guardian:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/interactiv ... field-rncmIt is basically correspondence between the board of governors and members of staff detailing concerns they had about the predatory sexual nature of a new appointment to Head of Strings. The outcome is that staff concerns are brushed aside, the person is hired, and some members of staff resign.
It made me wonder, given the attitude of the board, why Frances Andrade wanted her case dealt with in-house and explains in some way why Jenavora Williams might have gone to the police of her own accord and without the permission of Ms Andrade.
