Quite warm this morning, but still with that chilly breeze but that gets warmer later on

I'm having a proper haircut this morning My fringe is driving me scatty and Gez, who is the local mobile hairdresser, will be here at 9.30 to sort that out and also sort my very straight, one length hair

Then I really should do some cleaning, but only if it's cool in the house. The kitchen floor needs a mop anyway

Weightwatchers again this morning, and I'm staying for zumba class straight afterwards today, as Emma texted me last night and asked if I would. She hasn't been for a few months (bad back) so I said I'd stay and do it with her

Please can I ask for some huuuuuge VV vibes, as Becky has her driving test today, so if you could think of her at about 12.30 I'd be very grateful!

Wet and miserable here, so much for the first day of summer

We've been up ages and it's total chaos. They're currently breaking through in the lounge so we've had to move a lot of the furniture including this pc so I'm sat in the spare bedroom at the moment Hibernation is sounding quite appealing

Ideally we'd get out today with all the noise and mess surrounding us, but with the weather like it is guess we'll just have to grin and bear it.

Morning all - Tom's last day of holiday (he's back at work tomorrow) but took an extra day off so we could go watch Lewis at his Sports Day. It's grey this morning (as usual! ) but we have sun forecast for later on, hopefully that WILL happen!!

Been looking at local computer repair peeps, my laptop is making a noise as though the fan is about to die and it's running pretty slowly....the guy I always used has moved away now so finding a new reliable chap is necessary....hopefully I have!

Morning all, not a bad morning here, sun, cloud and not cold. I need to finish the ironing to leave myself clear for quite a busy week ahead. We are going to a concert this evening, some of the cast of the tv series Nashville, looking forward to some really good country music, I have my denim dress all ready We will eat out beforehand. Hope everyone has a good day

They haven't finished all the outside work yet Ria, but it's now all water tight hence them starting inside. They still have to complete the guttering, patio and side paving but will leave some of that until the last. Oh and I'm hoping we'll have enough money left over to get the front driveway done too.

Currently they're stripping the lounge walls and the fireplace has just been pulled out. We're having new ceilings so it all matches the extension. Breaking through into the kitchen will be worse, lots of brick dust and they'll be doing some alterations too
