We (the company) had two netball teams, and we were both in two different leagues.
One was a businesses league, the other London regional.
They had at least 3 football teams, and I think all 3 did both full and 5-a-side.
We had an annual sports day, loads of companies did, we'd get coached out somewhere huge. There would be a golf tournament, cricket and football matches, netball...
No-one spent their lunch breaks at their desks, although some of it was after work too
