Saving ourselves for the weekend this time, and watching a Poirot at the moment

What a lovely family - loved how mum saw the error of her ways and really got into cooking from scratch.

The tea was hilarious.

Another good one. I am beginning to miss my shouty sessions.

The family were spending a whopping £320 a week with top-ups.

I originally said that I could save £120, but then revised it to £140. The guys said £60 - £100, but they actually saved £128 every week £6,500 a year!

All they did was buy fewer brands, shop smarter and make more from scratch.

At the end of the week the mum actually looked healthier with brighter eyes and clearer skin.

I was in pleats with the tea 'swap' it was so bloody funny.

There do seem to be a lot of women who don't know how to cook properly.

Rodo, I would go for 'people' rather than women.

Preparing a meal should not be a woman's job, we should all be able to do it.

We caught up with this on Sunday - I nearly fell over when that bill came to over £300 and then she said she would need to top up Still, they were a lovely family and she did take the advice on board. I laughed at the tea thing too!

That was a shouty one.....

They were chucking out nearly a quarter of all the food they bought just because they did not have a family meal together.

She was already cooking for herself and the children, but the two of them couldn't agree on a meal for all, but then they never talked about it.
