Wedges

I love 'em! They are so comfy and add a bit of length to the legs.

A shop in our plaza has a sale on - everything is 20 euros!

I shall be going in later for a denim blue pair and a black pair...they'll be so handy for work when I go back in September as there will still be weeks left that I won't wear tights and I can't really wear flimsy sandals in class as there is always the risk of a child stomping on me tootsies.

So....for Health & Safety reasons wedge shopping is a must. :D :D

OOoooh I am SO jealous!!!!! I've been looking everywhere this summer for some nice dark blue denim wedges, as the ones I have are just a tad too high for me to walk in comfortably for any distance :( They are perfect with sooo many of my outfits, but only wearable when we're out in the car so I'm not walking far

If they had a bit of platform they'd be better!

They're nice Kaz!

I've just been splashing out (pmpl!! Right!!) on a new pale blue pair of wedges - they were in the sale but I don't think the pale blue was a popular shade, the other colour choices weren't as cheap as the blue - fiver anyone???

BTW the black ones from the other day - I plumped for the wide fit ones, they were comfier and given I'd be hopefully wearing them for work, comfort was what was important. The blue ones from today though - they are just the bees knees so I don't care that they aren't the most comfy, cos they look FAB!! 8-)

I love wedges for summer but find that most of the current styles are too high for me. Last year I bought a white pair with coloured flowers on them which have been very successful, so I went back to the same shop recently to see if they had them again in a different colour. They didn't but had these, obviously made on the same style but with a sling back and I got them in black. I really thought I had already posted this :?

Incidentally - when I was working in town and before I became pregnant, so about 40 years ago (    ) I loved canvas wedges and used to buy them in several colours. A few years on and I meet this man at a local party who tells me he always noticed my shoes and my legs when going to work on the train  ;) He wasn't a perve and I would still sort of know him - I had forgotten that till I started posting this

What a nice compliment Osc :) You do have very good legs, I have noticed. My legs aren't one of my best features, so I always notice good legs and envy them a little  ;) :D

Those are lovely shoes, I really like them 8-) 8-)

I bought some yesterday, half price in the Clark's sale, I absolutely love them! Not at all high and very comfy one, and the mix of pastel shades will mean they go with lots of outfits 8-) :)

I love those Kaz, I used to have a blue suede bag from Accessorize which would have matched the blue in those perfectly!
