Suff - thank you! You've given me a much needed reminder to get new printer ink for Tom's boarding passes etc
John was a sprinter too, in his teens he used to train four times a week and run competitively at athletic meetings all over the country. He wishes he'd carried on with it but gave up when he was 18 or 19 and got less and less spare time to train.

Good luck Mr Osc!

Ria, I bet you're counting down the minutes to your time off!

Kaz, I hope it wasn't too warm at Zumba. I was out with Bill well before 8am but it was still hot and sticky then.

The good news is that all is well and Mr Osc doesn't have to have any more investigations :D Tiring day though - in to the hospital, once he had the test over him we came home and had a rest. He had a nap but I just couldn't nod off although I was tired  We had a voucher for lunch in the hospital restaurant so went back a bit early (drove back in pouring rain  ) and had a nice meal. Then saw the cardiologist who is very happy that there is nothing going on, so home we came. Worth it to get a wholly positive result :D

We all used to moan about our old gym being too small and having no windows or air con but there were those big industrial fans which you could drag around and position on yourself. They were brilliant.
When we moved into the new one we had air con and windows. The air con is ineffective and the sun blazes through the windows making things even worse.

Yes, there is air con at the Wednesday night venue, but it's hotter than hot in there when it gets full
