Good morning all it's not quite as bright as it was an hour ago. I'm just waiting for John to get up so that we can walk Billy. Tom was supposed to be working today but with him doing almost a double shift he's been given the day off and is doing today's hours tomorrow so he's going suit shopping in Birmingham.

I need to do a bit of shopping and we'll see my parents at some point, this afternoon I think.

Morning all

Bright and sunny, hope it stays that way as it's carnival day here.

E's woken up with a stinker of a cold, he really sounds croaky, fingers crossed it doesn't linger too long.

Work progressing on the kitchen today and all weekend so no rest for us. We're off out later, need to order all the new doors and a few other bits, oh and find somewhere to eat.

Good night all. Best I get this typed quick else I shall have to start the Sunday thread

It was a bit windy last night. Oliver played soccer Friday night and the games were abandoned when the rain went horizontal and the goal kept blowing away. Overnight the wind picked up to 140km in places. We were only forecast 90.
Today's been a little bit blustery, Sasha played 2 netball games (thankfully no rain) and only hazard was the ball being blown around during high passes.

Oh it's Sunday now. Just had to investigate an alarm going off. (house I think) our security lights were on too so I'll look at the camera footage in the morning. But I did just see a lady walking her dog in her dressing gown, at 10 past midnight!

Evening all, been busy doing bits and pieces today, so didn't get around to posting. Weather was nice earlier so we had an hour outside enjoying the sun. Then it clouded over and got cooler. Just had our dinner, reading/knitting/telly for the evening once I have cleaned up the kitchen
