That depends very much on how the impeachment process is framed. After all impeachment is just another legal process. It can be framed any way you want.

The UK already has an impeachment process. To change it would require for it to be scrapped and a new one put in place; and if it is allowed to impeach judges who have not broken the law where will it end?

Perhaps with a better judicial system. Where judges fear not implementing the law more than the convicts fear the punishment that may be meted out.
