There will be a documentary this evening on the BBC where Alan Duncan is to claim that BoJo did not want Leave to win and that he only supported it to further his own ambitions to become Tory leader and probably a future PM.

Really? Boris wanting to become PM and willing to do absolutely anything to get there. I am so shocked... not!

Apparently he actually wanted the 52% to 48% to go the other way. He was hoping that such a close vote would destroy Cameron and pave the way for his Coronation.

Hopefully May's clever move of making him one of the chief Brexit negotiators will destroy him instead.

Maybe this is why Michael Gove stabbed him in the back. Perhaps he realised that Boris was insincere. Who knows!

Whatever his intentions, he achieved his "stated" goal and now needs to make it happen. Better get his sleeves rolled up then because he'll never make party leader if he tries to scupper the negotiations.

I will watch the docu, but I am a bit concerned that his heart is not actually in Brexit. He absolutely has to deliver, but can he?

I have never trusted him to do the best for the country, and that has not changed.

Along with the question is Boris a secret remainer, is the other question, is Theresa a secret leaver. She played her cards close to her chest and wasn't really a strong voice for remain during the campaign.
