Forecast lovely again.

A swim then coffee.

Going over to mum and dad's for 11am and taking them to Benalmadena for a stroll (at their request ) round the port.

Back to their apartment where mum is making us lunch.

Back home then I have homework club 4.30 - 6.30.

Don's picking me up straight afterwards and we're back to Benalmadena for the weekend - four of our friends are over on holiday and we've booked 2 nights in a hotel to be with them. It should be a right laugh.

It'll tie in nicely with going to see my parents in time for Sunday lunch!

Good morning! It's a dull one here.

Off to walk Billy in a minute and then we're picking my parents up and taking them to the Black Country Living Museum. I love it there, we're getting a one year pass each so we can keep going back. It's fantastic value, tickets are around £16 and that includes the one year pass.

Not must else planned.

We don't leave here till about 5.30, late boarding as the boat docks in Dover this morning, my friend gets off, then it sails to Southampton. So we can't get on till 6.30

Usual work day for me today but will be sitting on tenterhooks a bit. Mom is having a cataract operation this morning - very routine but still; she had to be there quite early this morning so hopefully will be home soon again. I've ordered flowers to be delivered and because I'm not sure what time she'll be home the owner of the shop will be delivering in person this evening on his way home - the joys of a small town Just need to make sure my brother hasn't got plans to take her out to his for dinner!

Ria, best of luck for your mum. My BIL had replacement lenses. He's had poor eyesight all his life and this has made such a huge difference for him.

I'm at Caen, on the way home with the bike. interview over, just have to wait for the answer and that will be today. So I'll probably get to Tours and have a text on my phone.

Then it's a case of getting home and getting on with stuff this weekend.
