Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 12 Oct 2016, 05:08

Good morning. :D

Don has a flight to the UK at 11am so is just leaving the car at Plaza Mayor where we'll get the train together - he'll get off at the airport and I'll carry on into Malaga central where I'll walk to the port and meet Di and Bb! :Hi: :Hi:

It's a national holiday here, the cruisers aren't due to leave until late evening so we've got the whole day together as I have no work. :D :D

Safe flight to Don and also to Kaz & M. :D

Have a great day everyone.

So excited for you Ally, don't forget to give Di a hug from me! Have a wonderful day!

Good morning! It's a dull here.

A bit of shopping first thing for me and then a walk with Bill. I'll take him out again late afternoon as John's cycling tonight and it's too dark to walk him through the woods and a walk around the streets is no fun! Joe's in college all day.

Safe flights to Kaz and Don!

Have a good day all!

Morning all :D

It's been raining on and off here, sunny right now, but we'll see.......

Ally safe flight to Don and have a lovely day with Di.

Unfortunately the boiler can't be fixed so we have to replace it, not the best result  It's being done Monday so almost a whole week of boiling kettles and washing down in the basin. I know it's what we all did years ago, but we're totally spoilt these days so really not happy at the thought. Luckily last winter we bought a little halogen heater for the conservatory, at least we kept the lounge warm last night.

It's fireplace day so more mess, but hopefully no more dramas. Steve's almost finished tiling so should be able to make a start on the skirting later today. He's also got to get the cupboard round the boiler off ready for Monday, bit worried about that as it's part of our lovely new kitchen, fingers tightly crossed it all goes back okay.

Was planning to go for coffee this morning, but need to be here, might be able to get out later this afternoon.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all

Take care with the travel everyone. Jen, boiler, nightmare, we had ours out for a year but we have an electric hot water tank and stoves and paraffin heaters to heat the house, but I know the feeling.

It's getting colder here, I cleaned the boiler flu and put the heating on last night, so the house was really warm this morning as everything that had started to cool heated up again. It's still 25C in the sun during the day but down to 3-4 at night.

Very busy right now getting stuff done before I head for the ferry tomorrow. Pulled a lot of muscles and am suffering for it but the work has to be done today. So, on I go.

Have a great day all.

Good morning all.

It's brightening up here now, and bit of blue sky has appeared.

I have to go this afternoon for my annual check-up at the Doctors. (fingers crossed).
(I'm not looking at the Daily Wotsit this morning, as it usually raises my blood pressure.)

The sun is shining now, so I'll have a look round the garden.

Have a nice day, and keep dancing !!!

Oh Jen, what a shame that it needs replacing :( Really hope it can be done easily without too much messing in the new kitchen.

Hope all goes well Aggers!

Ouch Suff!
