It's half term here so I expect Lilly will get treated as well

Well, everything's unpacked, washed where necessary, mostly packed away, and cases back in the loft.
Much more important news, next door but one has a puppy A beautiful, 14 week-old black labrador called Tigger
S is getting on, and lives alone. He's had two new hips but is pretty fit and well, I think this puppy will do him the world of good
He collected her yesterday, we and Minnie met and fell in love with her this morning

Good morning all!

A sunny day is forecast and we're off into Downtown LA. Just the three of us as Tom wanted a day on his own to take photos. Yesterday we had so much fun at Universal. There aren't that many rides there, it's nothing like the one in Florida for size although more things have been added since we were last there, and queuing time was short.

Just trying to decide where to go for breakfast now.

Morning all, another dispatch from the US We have had our brekkie and I'm trying to pack. We did so well coming over, well under weight but then *someone* bought a new pair of cowboy boots plus a present for Michael that is quite heavy It's interesting, I really pared back on our clothes but there are still things we could have done without. I was able to do a washload so am bringing home some clean clothes too which is always good Tonight we are going to the world famous (if you are a country fan) Bluebird Cafe, just to finish off our super holiday. Early start in the morning, need to be at the airport by 9am for the first leg of our long journey home. Off out for a couple of teeshirts for the children and a last walk down Broadway and then we'll have lunch somewhere. Have a good day everyone
