We're back after a truly wonderful holiday. We landed at 5.10am and walked in our front door at 6.10, surely a record. Our bags were among the first out and we were first in the taxi queue, there's a lot to be said for a flight that gets in so early. We were in bed by 6.30 and slept well until lunchtime, I must say that this is the best I have ever felt after a trans Atlantic flight (although it could be a different story tomorrow!), all unpacking is done and one load of washing is already drying.
We are sitting here and Mr Osc is showing all his videos through the tv - such fantastic memories of what was a very special 10 days filled with fantastic music. Our first three days in the hotel were a lovely start, then the week in the apartment - pardon me, condo - which was in a super location and worked out really well in making it a very relaxed holiday. The people in Nashville are very laidback and friendly, we did not meet anyone who was not nice. All our travel went without a hitch too which always helps.
So back to real life - it is always nice to be back in your own bed
